    Remove the broken Subversion backup script
    We currently provide a backup script for Subversion (backup_subversion.sh), which is not tested at all, broken (it does not look for hot-backup.py at the right place) and is only adapted for SVN core.

    Since the the global that was using it has been removed, we should remove it too and let the administrators backup their instance as they like instead of providing a broken script.
