    Saving Git Access permissions updates have no effect (still Default permissions applied)
    To reproduce the issue, use IE 11 or 9
    set new git permissions
    Click on "Save permissions" , the new permissions are not taken into account.
    Click again on "Save permissions", a new message is displayed "Repository information have been saved"
