    Bad permissions on sudoers files
When I run a visudo -c on a fresh tuleap install to check sudo conf, I get the following errors:

/etc/sudoers.d/tuleap_gitolite: bad permissions, should be mode 0440
/etc/sudoers.d/tuleap_gitolite3_http: bad permissions, should be mode 0440
/etc/sudoers.d/tuleap_gitolite3_replace_authorized_keys: bad permissions, should be mode 0440
/etc/sudoers.d/tuleap_plugin_tracker: bad permissions, should be mode 0440

Currently files are created with 0600 perms.
