    Tracker_NoChangeException not correctly catched in ArtifactLinkUpdater
    In AgileDashboard/REST/v1/ArtifactLinkUpdater::updateArtifactLinks, we want to catch the Tracker_NoChangeException.

    However, this exception class is not included in the file so its namespace is considered to be Tuleap/AgileDashboard/Rest/v1 and the actual exception is not catched.
