I'm not overloaded by tons of emails

Given I configure in my account settings that I don't get notification on my actions. One single configuration for all services across all the site. This setting is off by default.

In trackers

When I'm doing one of the following actions in Tuleap trackers:

  • Create an artifact
  • Update/comment an artifact

I'm not notified, even if I'm part of a group that should be (global notification, CC, assigned to, already in commenter list, etc).
