    Since request #10372 this script is broken, you got this error if you try to execute it:
    DBI::st=HASH(0x1e9eb38)->bind_param(...): attribute parameter 'SQL_INTEGER' is not a hash ref at /usr/share/tuleap/src/utils/svn/svn-commit.pl line 63.
