    Clear caches tentative during the package upgrade should not show errors to the user
    When the tuleap RPM package upgrade itself it tries to clear caches in the hope of preventing issues if the Tuleap service is not restarted.

    However, if there has been architectural changes in the Tuleap Core/Plugin APIs, errors are thrown since packages are not yet upgraded. These errors are not useful for the user and might be misleading.
