    Move softwaremap to burningparrot

As an exercise for the product owner to understand the work needed when moving to burning parrot of an existing page.

The purpose of this request is to do the least possible modification to move from FlamingParrot to BurningParrot of softwaremap. It's really about getting the new theme on this old page so the initial click on it doesn't let people think that they hit a bug (or a page from the 90's).

@rossettoy question has been left unanswered for a year and as far as I can tell the software map now uses the Burning Parrot. If there was remaining developments to be done it looks like they were not essential, let's close.

A patch that indicate that project is not categoried is available at gerrit #9485.

With the new project dashboard this widget is rather useless, I don't think it's worth keeping the links.

For new project on new instances it won't show-up, for old platforms / old projects if people never bothered categorize their project it's not now they will start to do it.

The project classification widget is now empty when the project is not categorized. Is it intended? Before, it was written for project admin: "This project has not yet categorized itself in the Trove Software Map. You can categorize it now." with relevant links.

With the current proposal there is a "regression" in navigation:

Say that I am browsing projects under Platform » Linux » Debian. I cannot select Linux, I must select Platform before being able to go to Linux.

This was not the case before, and should be fixed.
