    REST tests cannot be run without Git 1.9
    It seems that the request #10543 has forgot to remove the dependency to Git 1.9 at the REST test suite init.
    The following commit [1] has dropped Git 1.9 from the Docker image used to launch the tests which does not make the CI happy (PHP 5.3 tests fail).
