  This story initializes the new plugin display, it only deals with breadcrumb + empty state + routers (vuex and front router)

• Breadcrumb must be done in vuejs only
• The new view is provided by a dedicated plugin
• At this stage, we should have the root component empty state
• We should create the new routers:
  •  frontrouter for the global acces
  •  vue router with a single global route
• To do this we'll need to update the REST route project/:id, it should give us the root of docman folder:

 ...
