    User removed from a top group in binding are not removed in downstream groups

    While running the gerrit groups binding test I noticed that when I'm removing a user in a source group used in a binding, it's not removed in linked, downstream groups.

    Not an issue, actually propagation of membership is controlled by system event so there is a delay between the action on top group and downstream propagation.
