    How to reproduce

    on a public project add a private news.
    you can't validate it as site admin, so it will never be displayed to users

    work as expected:
    validation by site admin is only for widget and private news are not displayed in widget
    • Status changed from New to Declined
    • Close date set to 2018-02-14
