    It's no longer possible to choose HTML format in planning view

    When I'm creating or editing a story in the modal on tuleap.net (9.18.99.15) I can no longer select the paragrph format for a given portion of HTML text

    It seems related but when I try to add a link with Ckeditor, itshould open a "modal". However it gets opened under the artifact modal and nothing happens. Worse, after doing this, when I close the artifact modal, I get a backdrop with the Ckeditor "modal", but I cannot close it anymore.
