As a site administrator

I can "anonymize" a user uppon request

• realname will become "Anonymized #id"
• login will become "anonymoyous_#id"
• email will become "" (empty string)

All other informations will remain, especially those stored in external tools like git, subversion. Personal data stored in files uploaded on server cannot be modified (FRS, docman, trackers, etc)

As a regular user

I can request "the right to be forgotten" on my settings page.
