    Enable prettier for vue files
    As of today, prettier use is enforced for javascript (.js) files only.
    As a Tuleap developer, I want to have the same formatting used (and enforced) for Vue files.
    So that I don't waste time arguing style points in revues and so that it prepares the way for some more vue-specific linters.
