See approval table status and lock informations in the tree view

I can see easily where things are done

In the tree view I should see a lock if document has been locked

In preview display the info message (see live mockup).

 

In the tree view, I can see a small badge on documents that have an approval table. This badge has a color + a text the corresponds to the status of the last approval table. See attached screenshot. If user click on badge should be redirected on the approval table (if he has permission)

The approval table information is also displayed on the right hand side when the document is displayed in "overview" mode with its metadata (owner, dates, etc).

We should update the "Update" button and have a more user friendly way to disable update for wiki with approval tables: Given wiki items can't be updated if they have an approval table, then the update button should be disabled (in the tree view and in the preview section), a tooltip should inform users why they can't update it.

I don't remember from our discussions if the status should be

  • The status of the document as in "Properties"
  • or the status of the approval table
