    Add a feedback component to show errors for Kanban
    Reuse an ES6 module pattern that was introduced for TestManagement and have a feedback AngularJS component to show all kinds of errors.
    This should replace the bulky directive used solely to warn people that they are disconnected from Realtime.
    This will allow us to more easily warn people in case of network problems with Dynamic import (see request #11665)
