    Import only new artifacts and new changeSets
    After creating a new option in Tuleap CLI command when we import a project XML, this option serves to update an existing tracker.
    But, currently, when we update a tracker, all artifacts (presents in the XML) are imported. So, the goal is to import only new artifact (not present in the tracker), and new changesets in an existing artifact.

    (The field 'source_artifact_id' is mandatory in existing tracker and tracker's XML to import only new artifacts. Or else, all artifacts will be imported. It is thanks to this field, that the comparison is possible between old and news artifacts).

    You can use the archive in this request to test import (the field 'source_artifact_id' already exists).
