    As noted by @nterray the email is hardcoded in the pipeline, the email is already public so it's not really that much of issue unless people decide to run this pipeline on their own instance of Jenkins.

    Unfortunately, Jenkins does not have a way to define parameter outside of the pipeline. I know there is a feature request about that in the Jenkins bug tracker but I can find it ATM.
    I will work around it by storing the email address in the credential plugin.

    The pipeline is still broken, syntax is incorrect...

    It looks like I'm way more confident in Jenkins declarative pipeline syntax knowledge than I should be.
