Functional overview

This feature is provided by 'project_certification' plugin and depends on story #12165 and story #12180.

In site administration, there is a dedicated area where admin can see all not certified or orphan projects (extend of story #12165). The list shows

• project name with link to site admin project edition
• owner (if exists) with link to site admin user edition
• direct link to administrator list
• date of last re-certification
• next re-certification deadline
• if the project is certified or not

It's possible to order the list by

• owner name
• date of last recertification
• date of next recertification
• project name

List can be filtered on

• project name
• owner name
• projec status (orphan, not certified)

This list can be exported in CSV, in CSV there is also:

• the project main page url (to access the page if needed)
• the owner email address (if project is not orphan)
• the owner real name (if project is not orphan)

WARNING: the list contains ALL projects (ie. including those that are certified). It's will be used to do comparison at differnt point of the time.
