    Drop usage of InoOicClient library in the OpenIDConnect client plugin
    Most of the code is already not depending on it, removing it completely allow us to drop an external dependency and some ugly hacks in the plugin that have not been seen at the time of the implementation and are not compatible with PHP 7.2.
