    Have a way to include CSS file dependencies for widgets
    As a Widget developper,
    I want to have a way to declare a CSS file dependency for my widget
    So that I am not forced to use the deprecated BurningParrotStylesheets event and detect the page.

    It also stops Tuleap from loading 15 CSS files for an empty dashboard.

    A first patch to introduce the pipes is under review: gerrit #13090

    More patches will be needed to declare the CSS dependency on often used widgets
