We are small open source team, and we want free powerful help desk for our team. Please, read all requirements in my Software Recommendations question.
2 days I try Tuleap features and I think, that is a greater help desk, than concurrents. But there are some questions.
You can answer in Software Recommendations, that more users will use Tuleap.

2.5. Number of users ¶
I don’t find information in Google and admin settings of my account, max users number.
2.7. Backup ¶
I find these backup possibilities:



But I can’t find anywhere, how I can back up all issues content include comments. (This and this, possibly, for self-hosted users).
3.1. Slack ¶
I can’t find, how I can use plugins, include Slack, in cloud Tuleap version.
3.2. Python ¶
I find Python tool for getting issues from Tuleap trackers, but not for issues creating.
Tags ¶
I don’t find in official site and another resources, how user can add tags (labels in GitHub Issues terminology, tags in YouTrack terminology) for issues. Also, I don’t find suitable field in Manage Field Usage.

Tags — is the great feature for navigation. Personally, I use Zettelkasten method, that very helps me.
