    Move the nightly pipeline into the source
    The current nightly pipeline is only stored in the Jenkins instance which make things hard to add new things to it.

    I would like to move it inside the sources to prepare for the addition of new elements not worth or too expensive to be added in the pipeline executed for each patch set (e.g. preparation for PHP 7.3, static analysis tools...).

    Declining this: the nightly pipeline is already in the sources, it is hidden in the tests/e2e/full/ folder.
