    User should not be able to expand/collapse folder untill it's totally loaded
    How to reproduce:
    On new docman UI have a subfolder with lot of content, expand it.
    Reload the page than collapse it while its content is not fully loaded:
    => content is still loaded and new items are added under the collapsed folder
