    The assigned to me flag in notification subject does not work when the user is also part of a ugroup in a global notification
    In a tracker where the subject flag "Assigned to me" feature is enabled, someone being assigned and at the same time in a user group in the global notification will not get a notification with the "assigned to me" flag.
