    Move Tuleap Vault plugin to the API and SDK submodules
    HashiCorp has moved the API client and SDK part of Vault to dedicated modules [0]. This is nice because it makes things easier when updating the plugin (and clean up the dependency list quite a bit).


    We should follow the move.
