    Artifact CSV import does not manage empty or absent list value consistently
    When exporting an artifact to a CSV file, the "None" values are set to an empty string however when importing an artifact an empty string is not considered as the "None" value and not value at all will be set for the field.

    Having no value at all for the field leads to behaviors that might seem strange (e.g. the artifact can not be seen in a kanban)
