    Moment locale is not set properly
    In the new document manager, the user locale is not taken into account by moment.js when if displays dates.
    It is due to the fact that the user locale is set up in a wrong manner, leading to have "untranslated" dates.

    e.g:
    - English: "last update date: 3hours ago"
    - French: "Dernière mise à jour: 3hours ago" => should be "Dernière mise à jour: il y a trois heures"
