    Details
Reference of Pull Request is not integrated into all artefacts
When a pull request reference an artifact and when you go to the artifact, you should always have the pull request reference. The reference format of the pull request in the artifact should be pullrequest #<pr_id> . However in some case there is no pull request's reference in the artifact.

    When does it occur?
It occurs when there is a reference to an artifact which is in a tracker of an other project. And the tracker name of the other project does not exist in the project of the pull request.

    How to reproduce the issue
    1) Make sure to have 2 projects, projectA and projectB.
    2) In projectB, create the tracker trackerB" and create an artififact ( for this example, its id will be 5 ). IMPORTANT: In the projectA, you MUST NOT have the a tracker with the name "trackerB" OR any reference with the name "trackerB!
    3) In projectA => create a pull request and reference the artifact of trackerB in it => trackerB #projectB:5
=> You should be able to go in the artifact by clicking to the reference but in this artifact there is no reference to the pull request.

The reference works as expected if the projectA contains a tracker with the name "trackerB" or at least projectA contains the reference "trackerB".
