    Add checklist to pull requests
    It would be good if a checklist could be added to pull requests.
    Only when all items of the checklist are checked, the Merge button can be used.
    The attached image shows an example workflow.
    The checklist should be optional, the number of items should be variable.

    This change may allow workflows, where the reviewer has to confirm he investigated things such as:
    * Code complies to companies styleguide
    * Sequences match the design document
    * ...
