    MariaDB 10.3 compatibility

    mariadb 10.3 is supposed to be a drop-in replacement of mysql 5.7 it should be possible to use both systems.

    DISCLAIMER:

    • mysql 5.7 is still the reference system, Tuleap is developed and optimized against this version.
    • No specific validation of mariadb is done, it's up to people who decide to go wild.
    • No specific optimizations will be done for mariadb. In some cases some query optimization done for mysql 5.7 might affect mariadb performances.
