Initiate default permissions for groups
The ramp-up for new gerrit users is as easy as possible
And also we avoid manual work in configuring permissions on gerrit when we already have some notions of it in the tuleap project.
See attached file:

For every migrated project two groups are created, ex for project Firefox and repo mobile
- Firefox-mobile-contributor
- Firefox-mobile-integrator

Optionally (i.e. if a group has rewind permission on the tuleap repo)
- Firefox-mobile-supermen

Existing users (on gerrit) are added to these groups according to the corresponding tuleap groups
