    XMl import crash when TTM is not instantiated on a project
    Have a project with ttm service and without having tracker configuration set.

    Export your project and then import it in a new project

    A fatal error occurs:

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Argument 2 passed to Tuleap\TestManagement\Administration\TrackerChecker::checkTrackerIsInProject() must be of the type int, string given, called in /usr/share/tuleap/plugins/testmanagement/include/TestManagement/XML/XMLImport.php on line 90 and defined in /usr/share/tuleap/plugins/testmanagement/include/TestManagement/Administration/TrackerChecker.php:67
