    Do not allow to use string as classname
    Section of code relying on that in Tuleap are in one of these categories:
    * code that should not exist
    * code that has been written between 2 PHP versions at a moment where it was not guaranteed to have namespace support
    * code hoping everything is always going to be fine


    None of these categories should be acceptable for new contributions.
