It seems to affect the default issue tracker that is created with the "Issue tracking" project template but not the trackers created out of the "Bug" tracker template...
There are issues with the workflow:
- There is a "Hide filedset" that hides status and links on "New" state
- First of all I don't understand why they should be hiddent
- Worst, as Status is hidden, it means that people cannot change the status of their bug anymore (without clicking on display of hidden fieldsets)
- There is a "Set close date to current time" PA on "Under review" state
In addition to that, when we create a new tracker based on "Bug" template, the shortname should be "bug" and not "bugs" because it's better to reference without an 's' (like "see request #14778" instead of "see requests #14778")
