I keep track of who/what/when about agreements creation/update/delete, in case of contest from Customer about its acceptance during download especially if it has changed meanwhile to newer version.

An additional type of action in the admin/Data/Access Logs for the FRS actions part would be enough.

In the form:

  • Date
  • Action: "Update License Agreement"
  • User
  • Email
  • Name of the license agreement
  • Time
