    automaticaly change a field on a given date

    Allow Tuleap to change a field value when a date given by another field is reached.

    Exemple :
    Given a date field datefield with value 12-12-2012
    Given a lsit field listfield with possible values [status_1, status_2].

    When the date 12-12-2012 is reached : listfield goes from status_1 to status_2
