    Candidate for removal: admin delegation widgets

    Admin delegation triggers PHP notices and is partially broken since at least 2.5 years (see art #11212).

    Since nobody except the dev team bothered to report the bug and there is no evidence that the feature is still used, it's subject to be removed on 31 march 2021 (6 months grace period + another 4 months because I forgot the first patch...).
