    Use system font and rem unit

    Remove the usage of Source Sans Pro font so we don't have to load an extra font to display Tuleap pages.

    At the same time, because Source Sans Pro font size is weird, we need to fix the font-size, line-height etc. everywhere. These fixes will be done in rem unit instead of px unit to improve the accessibility in Tuleap (the base font size defined in the browser settings will be taken into account).
