    Ambiguity with dates in artefact mail notifications
    The artefact mail notifications seems to display fields values of date type using UTC.

    This may be especially critic when we use a field of type date without the hour. Depending of the timezone used by a user, a different day may be displayed.

    Ideally, the timezone used by the recipient user (if known) should be used to build the mail content.
    At least, the full date (including time and used timezone) should be displayed to avoid ambiguity.
