    [New Campaign] button not visible if no campaign

    In TTM, when there is no campaign in a milestone;

    • There is no button New Campaign next to Test Campaign label
    • The button is only present at end of "there is no test campaign yet" text, which may not be visible on small screen (13" laptops)
