    Yes, I have seen the test case related to this one after the submission of this request.
    It is effectively the expected behaviour, however, it should be interesting for the writer to have this information. That is why I kept this request open.

    The lock icon appears just to the persons who are allowed to unlock the document (i.e the lock owner, the docman manger) not for all users.

    It is the expected behavior. We should reject this bug.
