    artifact edition should check that artifact can be submitted without lost

    When I update an artifact and write a long content I'm always disappointed, angry and in rage when I submit and:

    • The server is gone (update, downtime, etc)
    • My session expired
    • ...

    Before submit, artifact edition should check that everything is OK server side before loosing content.

    To reproduce getting logged out:
    1) open a tab and log in
    2) open a separate one with an edit icon but don't do anything yet
    3) go back to the first tab and log out
    4) you can edit within the second tab, you just can't save
