    Disabling "Summary" breaks workspace/project home page
    A project admin may disable the Summary service.
    It is useless (I did not see why it could be useful), it breaks the workspace, and is tricky to fix as home page of workspace is broken.

    I see... I did not know this trick, and did not understand your comment below - which was perfectly clear though... :-)

    Side effect of my specific configuration... Not a bug.
    (We may consider it could be protected against such broken config. But it should not happen often as it corresponds to a missconfiguration)

    There is at least one situation where this is useful: to redirect directly to a specific service. The first service in the list will be the one to which a user accessing the project will be redirected to. By creating a custom service you can even redirect to a specific part of your project for example to the creation of an artifact in one of your tracker.

    Can you please explain how it breaks the project and why it is tricky to fix it?
    Unless you are abusing the trick I gave earlier (in which case you will either need to build the URL manually or contact a site administrator) project administrators will still see the navigation bar so they can still access it to go to the project administration.
