    Link given in the notification when a new access key is created does not redirect to the appropriate section
    When a new personal access key is created, a notification is sent to inform the user. This notification contains a link to the user account settings to it's easy for the user to see the existing personal access keys. Since the transformation of the account settings in story #14552, this link does not go directly to the Keys & tokens section.
