    When the CI server is down, the project home is no more accessible
    Scenario:

    - In the project home, add some widget of the CI pointing to a valid CI job.
    - then, stop the CI server

    ==> while refreshing the project home page, it's no more accessible

    I confirm that the project homepage is still accessible when the CI server is stopped (Tuleap 7.8)
    • Status changed from New to Declined
    • Close date set to 2014-12-30

    I remember there was a fix around two years ago, maybe a little less.

    The issue seems fixed, however I haven't seen specific development done.
    Could you please check from your side?
