    Legacy tracker migration can be done keeping original artifact IDs
    The legacy tracker migration process now have new option named "migrate with original artifact ids".

    Once done, a tracker is created with from legacy tracker and content keeping the original artifact ids.
    This "real" migration can be done only once.
