    [SOAP] Missing operation to retrieve the values of the dynamic bindings for users and user groups
    If I create a select box or a multi select box and if I use a dynamic binding with a list of user or a list of group, the only information that will be sent by "getTrackerFields(...)" will be a field of type select box with its value containing a biding to something that look like this: ",group_members".

    An operation to retrieve all the potential values of the following values is missing:
    - artifact_submitters
    - project_members
    - project_admins
    - document_admins
    - document_techs
    - file_manager_admins
    - registered_users
    - wiki_admins
    - created_group
    - tracker_admins
    (all the available binding possible for the select boxes and multi select boxes)

    Hi,

    I thing that this operation would satisfy our needs as for the site-wide groups, we just need to reproduce the same behavior as in Tuleap.
    I current behavior in Tuleap is "display a multiselectbox with 100000 users inside", it is an unreasonable behavior that we should be able to reproduce.

    There is method 'getGroupUgroups' that list all user groups of a project and their members.
    Would it fit your needs ?

    -> it will not work for site-wide groups (like all_users or registered_users). I'm not really sure of what we should here. Is it reasonable to send a list of 15'000 or 100'000 users ?
