    Separate campaing edition modal in 3 distinct modals
    Users do not needs to wait test loading if they want to edit label campaign or jenkins configuration.

    Do avoid this we need to separate the actual campaign edit modal in 3 distinct modal
    - one for choose and add tests
    - one for campaign edition
    - one for jenkins configuration

    In the " choose and add tests" you need to take into account the fact 4000 testcase with 100 categories is a use case.
    So end user needs
    - way to understand among this huge list, what are the already selected tests
    - way to find and select some test without scrolling a 1km scrollbar

    filtering the 4000 testcases per category, per (un)selected tests, per name ... would be to me the good way to address the issue, but still the UI scrolling must be progressive, loading artifacts only if user scroll bellow the visible ones.
